• Workshops & events (e.g., Success in the City)

• Digital products & resources

• Community membership (if applicable)

Event Attendees: By purchasing tickets or attending CSS Industry events, you grant us the irrevocable right to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes (including social media, websites, and advertisements) without compensation or further approval.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering for services

• Not share login credentials for paid content

• Use services for lawful purposes only

• Respect intellectual property (no unauthorized sharing of materials)

• Acknowledge that your image/likeness may be captured at events and used per Section 2.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All sales are final. CSS Industry does not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Coaching sessions or programs (once scheduled)

  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, courses, downloadable resources)

  • Event registrations (including Success in the City)

  • Membership fees (if applicable)

• Coaching/Programs: Payment plans must be honored. Late payments may incur fees.

  By purchasing our services or products, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (videos, workbooks, event materials) is owned by CSS Industry. You may:
✔ Use materials for personal growth
✖ Resell, redistribute, or claim as your own

6. Limitation of Liability

CSS Industry is not liable for:

• Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from using our services

• Outcomes of coaching/advice (results vary by individual)

• Technical issues beyond our control

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

• Violating these Terms

• Fraudulent activity

• Non-payment

8. Dispute Resolution

• Mediation required before legal action

9. Changes to Terms
