I’m Chanell S. Sands, the founder of CSS Industry, a space where personal growth meets purpose-driven success. For over 10 years, I’ve worked in the events industry collaborating with leaders across different fields and witnessing firsthand how personal development and professional development are deeply connected.

Through this journey, I’ve designed systems and strategies that have helped businesses increase sales, expand their reach, and boost revenue. Beyond the numbers, I’ve had the privilege of influencing countless individuals to grow into the best version of themselves, discovering more of who they are, and in turn, advancing in their careers.

While many know me as an event professional, I’ve created something much greater: a way to use events and experiences as tools for transformation. For me, it’s about more than creating moments, it’s about making an impact.

My Story

I was born and raised in South Florida, where I learned early on the value of resilience and resourcefulness. My journey hasn’t been picture-perfect. Like many others, I’ve faced detours, setbacks, and seasons of uncertainty. I’ve battled self-doubt and navigated transitions without a clear roadmap.

But every challenge helped shape the purpose I now walk in daily: reminding others that true success begins with knowing who you are, and living from that place.
