With a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and experience working with organizations like ICI Homes, Council on Aging of Volusia County, and Bethune-Cookman University, Chanell brings real-world expertise to every program, workshop, and event. Her approach is hands-on, strategic, and designed to create lasting impact.
Chanell doesn’t just teach theories—she shares real, actionable strategies that help clients step into their full potential across three key areas:
Personal Development – Helping individuals discover their purpose, build confidence, and overcome obstacles.
Professional Development – Equipping professionals and businesses with the skills needed to grow and lead effectively.

Chanell is also an author, passionate about using storytelling to inspire and empower others. Her poetry book " Pieces of Me" explores themes of self-reflection and resilience, while her children’s book "Bell's Dream World" encourages confidence and self-discovery in young readers.
