Chanell S. Sands is the founder of CSS Industry, a leadership coach, event coordinator, and passionate advocate for women’s empowerment. Born and raised in South Florida, Chanell’s journey is one of resilience, resourcefulness, and a deep commitment to creating opportunities for herself and others.

Raised by a single mother, Chanell learned early on the importance of perseverance and self-reliance. Her life has been shaped by a desire to help others overcome obstacles and achieve their dreams. Chanell understands what it’s like to feel stuck, unsure of your path, or held back by self-doubt, but she also knows that with the right tools, support, and mindset, every woman has the power to transform her life.

With over ten years of experience as an event coordinator, Chanell has planned and executed high-impact events for organizations like ICI Homes, Council on Aging of Volusia County, and Bethune-Cookman University. Her expertise in event coordination, combined with her passion for personal and professional development, allows her to create transformative experiences that inspire and empower women.

Chanell founded CSS Industry to help college women, leaders, and entrepreneurs unlock their full potential. She believes that personal development is professional development—when women grow personally, they thrive professionally. Through workshops, coaching, and mentorship, Chanell provides the tools and strategies women need to build confidence, lead with purpose, and achieve their goals.

With a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Chanell brings real-world expertise to every program and interaction. Her approach is hands-on, strategic, and rooted in the belief that every woman has the ability to create meaningful change in her life and community.

Chanell is also an author, using storytelling to inspire and empower others. Her poetry book, "Pieces of Me," explores themes of self-reflection and resilience, while her children’s book, "Bell's Dream World," encourages confidence and self-discovery in young readers.
